Rules for Monthly Drawing
1. No purchase necessary; void where prohibited by law. To enter you must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of the United States, and have completed the entry form provided on this website. Only one entry per month per entrant is permitted.
2. All entries for a particular month must be received by Home Products International — North America, Inc. (“HPI”) by 5 p.m. CST on the 25th day of such month. Only entries completed on HPI’s website will be qualified for the drawing. Entries that are mailed or sent by facsimile will not be considered qualified entries. Entries submitted with errors in information, including electronic mail address will not be qualified for the drawing. HPI has no liability for any corrupted file entries or failures of delivery of electronic mail entries.
3. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. Prize value may vary but will not exceed $100.
4. All entries will be printed by HPI and placed in a sealed container. On the last weekday of each month, HPI shall draw one entry from the container. If the selected entry is disqualified for any reason, HPI will continue to draw entries until a qualified winning entry is selected. The winner will be notified by electronic mail at the address provided on the entry. If the identity of the winner is disputed, the winner shall be deemed to be the owner of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
5. The winner will have 10 business days from the date of notice by HPI to contact HPI as directed on HPI’s website and to arrange for delivery of the product. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release prior to receipt of the prize. Solely for purposes of advertising or promotion, the winner agrees that HPI may disclose the identity of the winner on its website. The product will be shipped at HPI’s expense to the winner, addressed to the winner’s United States address set forth on the winner’s entry. If the winner does not meet the time requirements for notification to HPI, HPI will draw another entry to determine a winner.
6. Winner will be solely liable for any taxes imposed as a result of product received.
7. HPI reserves the right to amend or modify these rules or terminate the sweepstakes at any time; provided that any monthly giveaway already in progress shall be completed prior to termination.
8. HPI shall select the prize to be awarded each month. The winner may not exchange, substitute or return the prize, unless such prize is materially defective in manufacture. HPI is not obligated to offer the winner alternative sizes, colors, etc. If a choice of color or other feature is possible, such options will be communicated to the winner at the time of notification and such selections must be made when winner contacts HPI.
